Teror
Teror
Teror is right at the centre of the island and is reached via steep winding roads. The town of Teror, with its typical buildings, balconies and rural island life is a place of great symbolic value for all the islanders since it is there that the patron saint of the island, la Virgen del Pino is said to have appeared and is housed in the Basilica to which annual pilgrimage is made.
